• Daily development of Real Estate Project Management activities, including cost, quality and deadline control;
• Monitor the development of Architecture and Specialty projects, ensuring the standards defined by the company;
• Monitor and coordinate contracts and respective inspection teams;
• Launching contract tenders and analyzing the selection of contractors;

Principais responsabilidades

• Daily development of Real Estate Project Management activities, including cost, quality and deadline control;
• Monitor licensing processes, interacting with the teams of the involved entities;
• Monitor the development of Architecture and Specialty projects, ensuring the standards defined by the company;
• Perform critical analysis of projects and promote alternative solutions that optimize designers' suggestions (Architecture and Engineering);
• Monitor and coordinate contracts and respective inspection teams;
• Launching contract tenders and analyzing the selection of contractors;
• Control costs and budgets for awarding suppliers, ensuring compliance with established objectives through simplified financial analysis;

Perfil desejado

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or other (project management training is preferred);
• Minimum professional experience of 5 to 8 years in the development of real estate projects;
• Experience in the construction of buildings or hotels;
• Good verbal and written communication;
• Analytical skills;
• Fluency in English and French is a plus.
