Your New Company
An international real estate developer is looking for an experienced project manager for their offices in Lisbon.

Your New Role
Represent the company in all matters related to technical and organizational issues arising from the day-to-day activities of the job;
Regularly report the progress and status of the works to the higher management;
Supervise the whole construction process and quality of the woks;
Review of the execution design throughout the whole construction process in lieu of technical standards and proof of practical compliance;
Lead construction meetings on site

What You'll Need 
Higher Education in Civil Engineering and previous experience in construction management;
Previous experience in a similar function within logistics real estate will be positively appreciated;
Additional Construction Certificates and BREEAM knowledge will be considered as an advantage;
Fluent in Portuguese and with very good written and spoken English language knowledge;
