We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the customer experience and optimizing sales processes through effective project management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Description

  • Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies for sales-related projects and initiatives. Support cross-functional teams throughout the planning, execution, and monitoring stages of these projects.
  • Develop clear and detailed maps of current sales processes. Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the creation of improvement roadmaps.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback from multiple sources (surveys, interactions, reviews) to extract valuable insights. Use this data to propose new projects or enhancements aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Facilitate communication and cooperation across diverse teams.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring seamless adoption of new processes.
  • Champion a customer-first approach by helping design and implement customer-focused processes that drive customer retention and long-term satisfaction.

Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or related roles. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in project management and process mapping.
  • Strong project management skills (experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar).
  • Proficiency in process mapping and process optimization tools (such as ARIS, Microsoft Visio, or Lucidchart).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback and data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
