Are you passionate about driving project excellence, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with strategic goals?

We're looking for a PMO professional to join our team in Lisbon on a hybrid working model!

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Model: Hybrid (1-2 days per week)

Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:

• Support the planning, execution, and governance of cross-functional projects.
• Develop and implement project management frameworks, templates, and reporting tools.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.
• Identify risks and help resolve project roadblocks.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a PMO or project management role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus.
• Fluent in French
