Are you ready to take your project coordination skills to the next level? Join us in launching an exciting new Shared Services Center in Lisbon!

We are looking for a Project Coordinator - SIP/VOIP to support the Voice & Unified Communications team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy cross-functional teamwork, and have solid experience in telecom or IT, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and monitor SIP/VOIP projects with internal teams and external clients
• Organize project meetings and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Prepare reports and follow up on risk and progress tracking

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science (BAC+5)
• Strong knowledge of VOIP/UC, project management tools (JIRA, MS Project)
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
