Description

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead project controls for major construction projects, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy standards and sustainability guidelines.
• Oversee project setup, tendering, contractor selection, execution, and progress monitoring to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking to ensure accurate reporting and cost control.
• Identify and manage project risks, participate in risk workshops, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular status reports, maintaining up-to-date project data and supporting finance teams.
• Collaborate with the Digital Acceleration team to implement digital tools for dashboard reporting and process optimization.
• Beyond these core responsibilities, you'll also drive continuous improvement, share best practices across teams, and support compliance and sustainability initiatives to maximize project value and impact.

Profile

What You Bring

• 3-5 years' experience in project controls management for construction projects of industrial facilities, ideally in international and multicultural environments.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, schedule management, quality management, change management, and document management in industrial construction.
• Proven ability to implement high-quality project controls processes.
• Experience working in multinational, multicultural teams.
• Master's degree or equivalent in construction engineering, civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, or a related field.
