Description

• Own and manage product backlogs, demand pipelines, roadmaps and delivery plans, balancing business value, risk, compliance and capacity.
• Coordinate product lifecycle activities including release planning, change management, delivery governance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead collaboration across Product Owners, business stakeholders, technology teams, service delivery functions and external vendors.
• Support solution design, configuration, testing, validation, deployment and operational readiness activities
• Drive adoption through requirements gathering, documentation, training, communication and change enablement
• Monitor product performance, stability, security, scalability, access management, patching and third-party risk management..

Profile

• Degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, Product Management, Operations or a related field.
• Experience managing digital products, platforms or enterprise applications within complex environments.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation and delivery governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow, automation initiatives, enterprise platforms or similar business-critical technologies is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of change management, testing, validation, release management and operational support processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across business and technical audiences.
• Familiarity with regulated environments, compliance frameworks and vendor management.
