• Understand, map, and document business problems in collaboration with our technical/engineering team.
• Coordinate with the engineering and QA teams to ensure features work as expected.
• Plan product deliveries with the assigned engineering team.
• Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Have knowledge of Scrum methodology.
• Prepare flowcharts on product features and modules.
• Conduct research to understand the target audience and competition.
• Conduct meetings with existing customers to receive feedback on new and existing products.

What You Will Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you need a background in mobility, experience of creating technical documentation, and a technical degree. You should be familiar with JIRA, Confluence, and flowchart software, and have fluency in English. Key skills include strong leadership, organisational prioritisation, effective communication, and time management. You should be able to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and translate business requirements. An analytical mindset, attention to detail, a desire to innovate, and a drive for constant improvement are also important. You should be proactive, reliable, pragmatic, and a team player with a continuous improvement mindset. The ability to think outside the box and self-directed, results-oriented motivation are also crucial.7
