Your new role
As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for: 
Seeking out innovations that elevate the company’s offerings. 
Overseeing the successful implementation of new products from concept to market release. 
Having a deep understanding of products, styles, and market trends in the home furnishing industry. 
Researching product trends across various countries. 
Leading and inspiring a competent product development team with a vision to make the company truly innovative. 
Reporting to the Plant Manager while also working directly with the CEO on innovation opportunities. 

What you need to succeed
10 years of experience in a similar product development role, preferably in the mattress or upholstery segment, with evidence of products you have personally helped bring to market. 
Comprehensive knowledge of design, sourcing, product industrialization, costing, and planning. 
High energy and leadership skills to inspire the team.
