Your new company:
Our client is a Shared Services Center located in Lisbon.
Your new role:
Responsible for all operations related to sales invoicing;
Ensure the administrative part of sales: Billing and send customers the invoices according with the customer billing specifications;
Ensure processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid;
Provide the analysis to help follow up or forecast sales activity;
Ensure the respect for the rules and standards of the task;
Identifying and indicate deviations;
Ensure good operational, day-to-day, customers relationships.
What you'll need to succeed:
Minimum 2 years in similar administrative tasks;
High school diploma with experience on sales/finance or accounting administrative functions;
IT Skills: Excell intermediate, SAP or another billing tool expert (nice to have);
Spanish (C1) – mandatory and English (B1).
