Our Client wants to recruit Product/Clinical Specialist to reinforce its team. This person is responsible for assisting and training the medical staff in the daily use of robotic systems/equipment, ensuring its proper usage.

Description

• Assist the surgical team in the operating room, providing support with the use of technology and related products for various procedures, and quickly responding to any technical-clinical questions or needs;
• Deliver training to medical and nursing staff;
• Quickly coordinate with technical support if intervention is needed to ensure continuity of operational activities;
• Contribute to commercial objectives through the work in the operating room (training, demonstration, technical clinical support);
• Review surgical instruments in the operating room to ensure proper supply for scheduled Interventions;
• Responsibly carry out administrative tasks such as territory mapping related to procedures performed and the results of business development activities;
• Constantly update the knowledge on the product, surgical procedures, and general developments by participating in training activities.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Health Sciences (Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or similar);
• Operation room experience (urology and general surgery preferred);
• Experience in a similar role will be valued;
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills;
• Organised and results-driven;
• Team-work player;
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher);
• Willingness to travel frequently.
