Adecco is hiring a Product & Body Builder Consultant for a client in the commercial vehicle industry, based in Lisbon. The role supports Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation in the Americas region, managing vehicle lines through product planning, development, market readiness, and lifecycle management. The position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities. The consultant will also collaborate with body builders to ensure successful vehicle-body integration and compliance with regulatory standards.

What you will Do?

• Develop and execute product roadmaps and strategies for commercial vehicle segments
• Organize market research and competitive benchmarking for product opportunities
• Propose product specifications and support engineering teams in product development
• Monitor product KPIs and propose updates and improvements
• Build and maintain relationships with certified body builders across regions

Your Skills

• Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business
• 5-8 years of experience in product management or application engineering
• Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
• Strong technical understanding of commercial vehicle platforms and applications
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
