About the company
A leading company wants to integrate a Procurement Category Manager HVAC (m/f/d).

Your New Role

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure sustainable partnerships
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize cost and performance
• Lead category strategy for HVAC-related product groups across multiple European markets
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, technologies, and sourcing opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns
• Support cross-functional initiatives, including sustainability projects
• Monitor and report on KPIs aligned with procurement strategy and company goals
• Act as a strategic partner to regional teams, providing guidance and support in supplier relations

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 10 years of experience in procurement, category management, or buying roles
• Expertise in HVAC products and market dynamics (mandatory)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional, and international environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
• Vocational qualification in wholesale and foreign trade, industry, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Based in Portugal or Spain, with flexibility to travel frequently across Europe
