Integrate a Shared Services Center in Lisbon in the Pharmaceutical Industry.


Your new role
The person responsible for this role is in charge of:

• The execution of Local and Regional Sourcing (RFI, RFP & Proposal analysis) and contracting activities;
• The management of expiring contracts, contract templates, contract repository, catalogs;
• The delivery of relevant value-creation/saving targets;
• The management and improvement of the end-to-end Source to Settle process (including escalations related to Purchase-orders, invoicing and payments);
• The management of supplier on-boarding escalations and monitoring of Third Party Due-diligence refreshes;
• The execution of Third Party Spend Analytics, reporting and data clean-up;
• The Engagement and Management of stakeholders to ensure that the Procurement function continues to be seen as a strategic business partner;
• The monitoring of Procurement Process Compliance acting as a Sourcing & Contracting Process.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Procurement or Business/Finance or related field;
• Market-knowledge across indirect categories and experience working in an international and cross-functional environment;
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment;
• Communication, presentation and influencing skills;
• English language fluency (mandatory) and Italian (preferable).
