Principais responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain SOPs, process standards and operating parameters for relevant production processes in line with product design, factory capability/requirements and quality requirements.
• Support the implementation and use of SPC methodologies and other process control tools.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and analyze process performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead RCFA investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive improvements in process capability, product quality and equipment efficiency.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency and overall operational performance.
• Support the implementation and validation of new products, materials, processes and equipment.
• Coordinate and analyze process trials and qualification activities.
• Ensure process changes are properly documented and managed through change control procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and Supply Chain functions.

Perfil desejado

• Degree in Engineering (Polymer, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related discipline)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in process optimization, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of SPC, RCFA and process capability analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologies.
• Good SAP and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience in extrusion, packaging, polymer processing or continuous manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading process improvement projects.
