We are partnering with a leading investment management platform to recruit a Portfolio Management Manager to join a high-performing team overseeing a large and diversified real estate portfolio across Europe.

Description
- Lead the strategic oversight of a investment portfolio, ensuring performance against business plans and KPIs.
- Identify value creation opportunities and drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present investment and strategy proposals to senior management and investment committees.
- Act as a key contact for financing activities, structuring and negotiating with banks and financial partners.
- Support new investment processes, including due diligence and underwriting, ensuring robust and data-driven business plans.
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trends to support informed decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of strategic objectives.
- Develop and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Strengthen relationships with investors, consultants, and financial institutions.
Profile
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, M&A, strategy consulting, or real estate investment management.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling and valuation methodologies.
- Proven experience in structuring financing solutions and interacting with banks and investors.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of VBA, Python, or data tools is a plus.
