Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Porto for a Polisher. The Polisher will be responsible for high-precision polishing and grinding of luxury watches and jewelry pieces, ensuring superior quality and finish. The role involves the use of specialized polishing equipment and hand tools, as well as conducting quality checks to adhere to the company's rigorous standards. The Polisher may also assist in training and knowledge-sharing with team members to uphold Marcolino's commitment to craftsmanship and excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Polishing and Grinding for high-end jewelry and watchmaking
- Experience using Hand Tools and operating polishing equipment
- Attention to detail and expertise in Quality Control to maintain premium standards
- Willingness to participate in Training initiatives and skill development programs
- Exceptional manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination
- Strong commitment to precision and excellence in all tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role in the jewelry or watchmaking industry is a plus
