Your new company 
We are supporting an innovative industrial company launching a new production site in Viana do Castelo. This project is part of a leading international group committed to technology, quality, and sustainability.

Your new role 
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the overall performance of the site, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost control, and people development. Key responsibilities include:

• Full leadership of site operations across production, logistics, maintenance, and quality;
• Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence (Lean, 5S);
• Managing capacity planning, preventive maintenance, and CAPEX investments;
• Ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and ISO certifications;
• Overseeing end-to-end supply chain and on-time customer delivery;
• Budget ownership and performance reporting.

What you need to succeed

• Technical background in engineering or equivalent industrial experience;
• Proven track record in senior leadership roles within manufacturing;
• Experience in budget and CAPEX management;
• Fluent in English;
