Your new Role
The Performance Manager, Global Supply Chain will partner with the Chief Manufacturing & Procurement Officer and the Director of Business Performance to drive the performance of the Global Supply Chain function, delivering efficiency ambitions, supporting business growth, and fostering a high-performance culture.
This person reports to the Director Business Performance and plays a key role within the Finance function, working closely with Global Supply Chain leadership, regional operations controllers, and cross-functional teams to support better and faster decision-making through data-driven insights.
The Performance Manager, Global Supply Chain will:
- Lead the production and analysis of monthly Global Supply Chain management information, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and clear communication of risks and opportunities;
- Own the annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for Global Supply Chain, challenging assumptions and improving forecast accuracy through scenario planning;
- Define long-term financial targets and KPIs for manufacturing and supply chain, tracking performance and supporting delivery of strategic objectives;
- Develop and enhance financial and operational performance indicators, identifying key drivers of profitability and efficiency;
- Lead cost analysis across raw materials, freight, duties, and manufacturing costs, providing actionable insights to support margin improvement;
- Evaluate capital investment projects, ensuring accurate financial modelling and alignment with value creation objectives;
- Lead finance support for the SIOP process, translating operational changes into financial impact and supporting decision-making;
- Drive global inventory performance, identifying opportunities to unlock value and improve efficiency, including slow-moving and obsolete stock;
- Support continuous improvement of business performance management processes through data-driven approaches;
- Build analytical capabilities within the team and contribute to stronger decision-making frameworks across the organization.
A typical day will include analyzing performance data, leading planning cycles, supporting strategic decision-making, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and driving initiatives that enhance efficiency and financial performance across the Global Supply Chain.

What you will need to succeed
As a Performance Manager, Global Supply Chain, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration;
- Professional Accounting certification in ACCA, CIMA and equivalent (would be a plus);
- +8 years of experience in Finance roles within an international Manufacturing or Industrial environment, with strong operational exposure;
- Proven experience partnering with Senior Stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making;
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning within Supply Chain or Operations;
- Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards) and financial reporting tools (including Hyperion/FCCS);
- Experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, and variance analysis;
- Advanced skills in Data analysis and visualization (Power BI) and strong Excel capabilities (modelling and pivot tables);
- Highly analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable business insights;
- Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
