Are you looking for an international role where you can combine Food Service expertise, business process analysis, and digital transformation?
We are seeking a Food Business Analyst to support the harmonization of processes, data, and systems across European markets, contributing to strategic operational improvement initiatives and technology transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardization.
- Support process and system transformation projects across Food Service and Supply operations.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the implementation of new solutions.
- Contribute to change management, communication, and user training activities.
Profile
- 5 years of experience in Food Service or related operational environments.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience handling and interpreting data.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential; Spanish and/or French are considered a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel.
