A leading international organisation in the renewable energy sector is expanding its People function and looking to hire a People Business Partner (m/f/d) for its Lisbon office.
Your new role
As a People Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders, supporting them in shaping people strategies and driving organisational effectiveness. You will oversee key stages of the employee lifecycle, contribute to talent development initiatives, and support change programmes across the business. A key part of your role will be ensuring a consistent employee experience aligned with company values, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and People teams on decision-making and business priorities.
What you'll need to succeed
-7+ years’ experience in HR/People Business Partnering, preferably in international environments;-
-Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related fields;
-Strong understanding of HR processes and labour regulations;
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
-Structured, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach;
-Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery;
-Analytical mindset with experience using HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar);
-Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
