The group is active in the distribution of polymers, chemicals, and industrial solutions, maintaining a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and long-term development across all its operations.
To strengthen its People & Culture team in Portugal, the company is seeking to hire, for its Lisbon offices:
People & Culture Officer
The selected candidate will report directly to the Regional People & Culture Manager and will be responsible for the following main tasks:
- Execute employee life cycle activities, ensuring accurate administrative management and providing support to managers, new joiners, and leavers.
- Participate in talent acquisition processes: analyzing job requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and screening applicants for individual contributor roles.
- Address queries related to P&C policies and procedures, escalating more complex matters to the regional team.
- Maintain up-to-date employee data in central and local systems and support the preparation of standardized reports.
- Coordinate with the external payroll provider to ensure accurate data transmission and validation, and follow up on any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with P&C policies, labor regulations, and codes of conduct.
- Support the coordination of internal stakeholder activities, including meetings, events, and communication materials.
- Contribute to the execution of tasks related to the implementation of central and regional P&C policies.
We are looking for a candidate with a university degree and fluent English. A minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles is required, preferably in multinational environments.
