Responsabilities

• Process multi-country payroll, working with in-country and thirdparty providers
• Maintain and optimise payroll systems, processes, and records
• Respond to employee payroll queries and manage stakeholder relationships (Payroll COE, Finance, HR, Benefits)
• Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and labour legislation
• Support payroll reconciliations, audits, controls, and reporting

Requirements

• Payroll experience in France and knowledge of labour legislation
• Problemsolving mindset with strong communication skills
• Good written and spoken both in French and English, other languages will be an advantage.
• Experience with Workday (nice to have)
• Strong Excel skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Customerfocused, proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
