Your New Role
As part of the Finance & HR team, you will be responsible for payroll activities for the Italian market, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local legislation and company policies. Your responsibilities will include collecting and validating payroll data, managing monthly payroll cycles, handling employee queries, and liaising with external payroll providers. You will also support audits, prepare payroll reports, and collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
What You Need to Succeed
- Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Payroll operations, preferably in an international environment.
- Good knowledge of Italian payroll regulations and labor law (preferred).
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with payroll systems and ERP tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
