Your New Role

As a Junior Payroll Specialist, you will support the end-to-end payroll process while working closely with HR, Finance, and external partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop within payroll in an international environment, contributing to process efficiency and innovation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting monthly payroll processing across different countries
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor and tax regulations
• Managing employee data and payroll-related records
• Acting as a point of contact for payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
• Supporting benefits administration and payroll-related reporting
• Assisting with payroll reconciliations and audit processes
• Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization (including AI-driven solutions)
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within payroll operations

What You Need to Be Successful

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Degree in Human Resources, Management, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll, HR administration, or a similar role (internships included)
• Good English
• Good Excel skills and comfort working with HR/payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A proactive, dynamic mindset with eagerness to learn and improve processes
• Interest in technology, automation, and AI applied to HR/payroll
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
