Nota Group is looking for an experienced Payments Accountant who will be deeply involved in the company's operational financial processes.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation and processing of payment orders in Client-Bank systems

- Verification of documents supporting payments (purpose of payment, bank details, compliance with bank and internal requirements)

- Monitoring payment execution, receiving and processing bank confirmations

- Managing settlements with counterparties related to payments and invoices

- Issuing invoices upon request from managers and counterparties

- Maintaining invoice registers and invoice archives

- Preparing daily cash flow reports for bank accounts

- Interaction with banks, bank relationship managers, and local accountants

- Correspondence with banks and participation in preparing responses to bank inquiries

- Providing information on exchange rates and fixing FX rates upon request

- Timely and accurate entry of all payment, reporting, and cash movement data into internal systems / CRM

- Performing ad-hoc tasks within professional competence

Requirements:

- Completed higher education in economics, accounting, finance, or audit

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis

- Hands-on experience with payments processing

- Experience managing multiple bank accounts and/or accounts of several legal entities

- Knowledge of Client-Bank systems of various banks

- Excellent proficiency in Excel and Client-Bank systems

- Ability to work with large volumes of data while meeting deadlines with high accuracy

- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm in a fast-paced work environment

- Understanding of foreign currency operations and basic currency regulation

- Fluent Russian; English proficiency is a plus
