About the Role
As a Partner Content Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the partner network, ensuring smooth onboarding processes and maintaining high-quality, accurate store and menu information on the platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide new partners through the onboarding process
- Support partners in setting up accounts and using platform tools
- Collect and verify accurate store and menu information
- Create and maintain detailed and up-to-date listings
- Review and audit menus to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide support, resolve partner inquiries, and build strong relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operations

What Were Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive mindset and flexibility to work shifts (09001800 / 10001900)

What We Offer
- Base Salary 1,200
- Language Allowance 200
