Descrição da Função

We are looking to appoint an experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant, for an immediate start.

Key responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
• Create communication resources that actively engage stakeholders in the school’s activities using offline, online and social media platforms.
• Support the creation of school newsletter.
• Assisting in developing and editing the publication of the year book, Wings and other special publications, play a key role in the production of brochures and handbooks.
• Coordinate official photography and events like the sports festival, etc.

Graphic Design
• Creating visual content such as digital graphics, print materials and social assets that align with the brand identity ensuring the designs are engaging and consistent across platforms.
• Image editing, layout design and preparing files for print and digital distribution.

Perfil do Candidato

Person Specification:
• Proven experience in marketing and communications.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiples projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Graphic design skills.
• A working knowledge of digital marketing and web design and experience in the educational sector is an advantage.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
