Descrição da Função

We are looking to appoint an EXPERIENCED Professional to join out team as a Alumni Relations Assistant with immediate start.

Key responsibilities:
• Continue to build and nurture strong, meaningful relationships with alumni across generations, fostering a deep sense of community and belonging.
• Oversee and collaborate with Alumni Advisory Committee, and the Parents of Alumni Association, ensuring meetings run smoothly and agendas are effectively delivered.
• Organise and coordinate alumni meetings, reunions, and special events.
• Host alumni visits, offering guided tours, and sharing with current activities and achievements of the School.
• Oversee the back-office operations of the alumni portal, ensuring it is fully optimized.
• Write and distribute The Juliana, a regular alumni newsletter.
• Create and manage compelling content for social media platforms.
• Prepare and present reports on alumni activities, engagement, and fundraising initiatives for the school leadership, Alumni Advisory Committee and the Alumni & Development Subcommittee of the Board of Governors.

Perfil do Candidato

Person Specification:
• Proven experience in alumni relations, communications or event management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Digital fluency, including experience managing websites, social media platforms, etc.
• Experience in fundraising and the educational sector is an advantage.
