Your New Role
As a P2P Process Specialist – Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for enhancing end-to-end processes and supporting the transition towards a more automated and data-driven P2P operation.
In this role, you will:
Improve and Standardize Processes
- Map current workflows, identify bottlenecks and redesign procedures to increase accuracy, speed and scalability.
- Ensure that updated processes meet internal controls, compliance standards and tax/legal frameworks.
Accelerate Digital Transformation
- Support the rollout of automation tools, intelligent workflows and invoice-processing technologies.
- Contribute to the implementation of e-invoicing solutions and supplier-facing platforms.
- Act as a key connector between the SSC, regional finance teams and technology partners.
Empower Teams & Foster Collaboration
- Maintain process documentation that reflects best practices and recent enhancements.
- Train and guide internal stakeholders on new tools, policies and optimized ways of working.
- Lead collaborative sessions and workshops to reinforce a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor Performance & Drive Results
- Establish KPIs to evaluate process efficiency and track the progress of improvement initiatives.
- Analyse data trends to propose corrective measures and ensure sustainable outcomes.
What You Need to Succeed
- Solid experience (5+ years) in P2P or Accounts Payable process management.
- Background in an industrial environment, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, including SAP S/4HANA and workflow tools such as X-Flow.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
