Join Our Team as an Outsystems Technical Lead!

Direct contract with our client.

Location Lisbon - 1 day/week at the office.

Are you looking for an opportunity to lead a development team in one of the largest technological modernization initiatives? Our client is seeking an Outsystems Technical Lead to help migrate legacy applications to Low-Code/No-Code platforms. Join a dynamic team of 50 members and be part of a multi-phase implementation project!

Responsibilities

Project Management Define project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.

Task Delegation Assign tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Collaboration Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet quality standards.

Risk Management Identify risks and form contingency plans promptly.

Analysis and Improvement Analyze existing operations and suggest improvements through meetings and training sessions.

Reporting Write progress reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, DevOps, or related IT roles.

- At least 1 year of proven experience as an Outsystems Technical Leader in Agile teams.

- Valid Outsystems Certification.

- Experience in a similar role.

- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.

Work Environment

Location Lisbon - 1 day/week at the office.

Working Hours 0900-1800 (including 1-hour lunch break).
