What youll do

• Support the Acquisition Process from an industrial engineering perspective (labor feasibility, tool investment, and equipment analysis);
• Design process flows based on customer information (BOM, PDM, CAD, assembly flows);
• Apply MTM-UAS methods to define labor requirements;
• Plan 2D and 3D layouts (AutoCAD, Inventor) and run simulations (Flexim);
• Present industrial concepts both internally and to clients;
• Provide cost analysis and process alternatives ;
• Create equipment lists and manage supplier offers for new programs.

What you bring

• Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering;
• 3-5 years of experience in OEM Tier 1 or equipment suppliers;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and MTM-UAS (certification preferred);
• Knowledge in Flexim simulations and assembly processes;
• English fluency and German knowledge (is a request);
• Willingness to travel across EMEA .
