This role is suited for a senior professional with strong experience in technical leadership and solution architecture, who will play a critical role in delivering scalable, high-quality applications within a complex and demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the OutSystems development team, ensuring consistency, best practices, and high-quality delivery
- Design and validate robust and scalable solution architectures aligned with business requirements
- Develop and maintain OutSystems applications, with a strong focus on integrations with external systems (REST and SOAP APIs)
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of delivered solutions
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of experience with OutSystems (Traditional Web)
- Proven experience in Tech Lead or similar technical leadership roles
- Strong background in solution architecture and application design
- Solid experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, web services)
- Ability to work in complex technical environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have
- OutSystems certifications (Associate, Professional, or Expert)
- Experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC)
