Description

A Order-To-Cash Manager should :

• Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.
• Manage billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
• Drive cash flow improvement.
• Monitor O2C KPIs and ensure operational excellence.
• Implement process improvements and standardisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
• Lead and develop O2C teams in an international environment.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Profile

A successful Order-To-Cash Manager should have:

• Proven management experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives.
