Who are we?

Lamassu's been cutting through the financial fluff like a hot knife through butter. We're the old dogs of the Bitcoin ATM world, carving out no-nonsense paths for buying and selling crypto without the drama. Banks? Exchanges? Forget 'em. We deal in cold, hard, cash to crypto access, and we've been at it for over a decade.

The Gig

We're on the lookout for a natural born communicator who's ready to jump into the fray. You'll work with our devoted team to help our Bitcoin ATM operators get their orders, be it in hardware or software form. You will also be in charge of billing, collecting feedback and making sure they're happy with us.

What we expect

• Stay on top of emails, maintain an organized CRM and ensure our clients are happy with our products and support.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new strategies and business development initiatives that will help us grow and thrive.
• Foster genuine, long-lasting relationships with the our operators you've brought on board, providing them with the attention they deserve.

The position is in Portugal, primarily, but not solely remote. There will be regular visits to our studio in northern Portugal to meet the team and get hands on with our ATMs. The position is full-time, under a freelance agreement: 2,300 EUR/mo.
