Adecco is recruiting an Operations, Project & Impact Officer for a higher education environment. The role provides administrative and operational support to strategic education initiatives, ensuring effective project coordination, structured followup, and timely execution of activities. The position supports ProjectBased Learning initiatives, partner engagement, funded projects, and impact reporting, while ensuring data accuracy, operational consistency, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do?

Support the operational management of Project-Based Learning (PBL) initiatives and projects with external partners, ensuring coordinated implementation across all involved stakeholders.

Prepare and follow up on contracts in coordination with internal teams, ensuring accurate documentation, proper approvals, and timely execution of contractual obligations.

Ensure effective organization, systematic follow-up, and compliance with project timelines and deadlines, maintaining clear records of progress and outstanding actions.

Identify potential corporate and institutional partners and support initial outreach, follow-up communications, and basic relationship management activities to build collaboration opportunities.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of a structured partnerships pipeline, documenting interactions, opportunities, and stages of engagement with external organizations.

Support the preparation and organization of applications for funded projects and strategic initiatives, gathering required information, and coordinating inputs from relevant internal stakeholders.

Assist in the administrative coordination of project consortia and collaborative initiatives, including scheduling, documentation, and communication between participating institutions.

Collect, organize, and maintain data related to initiatives and projects, ensuring reliability, consistency, and availability of information for monitoring and reporting purposes.

Support the preparation of reports, impact materials, and presentations, ensuring accurate data and wellstructured content aligned with internal communication and reporting standards.

Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to education initiatives, supporting evidencebased assessment of project outcomes and impact.

 

Your Skills

Academic background in Management, Economics, International Relations, or related fields, with a Masters degree considered a preferred qualification for this position.

Previous experience in administrative, operational, or project support roles, demonstrating familiarity with structured processes and coordination of multiple activities.

Fluency in Portuguese and English, spoken and written, enabling effective communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders in both languages.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and deadlines, ensuring accurate execution of tasks and reliable follow-up on project activities.

Ability to communicate effectively and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, supporting collaboration across departments and partner institutions.

 Interest in education, innovation, and impactdriven initiatives, with personal motivation aligned to strategic educational and institutional objectives.

Previous experience in academic environments, project coordination, or funded initiatives will be considered an asset and may support faster integration into the role.
