Looking to secure and oversee the digital transformation of a major international financial services division? We're hiring an ICT Operational Risk Officer (ORO) Specialist to join a high-impact second line of defense team focused on IT & Cyber risk management across investment, protection, and real estate services.

This role offers a unique dual scope: acting as a dedicated risk partner for a specific business line while supporting the global deployment of the IT & Cyber risk framework at a group level.

Your Mission

As an ICT Specialist, you will be a key player in the IT and Cyber second line of defense. You will ensure that technology risks are identified, monitored, and mitigated, providing expert risk opinions on innovative projects and ensuring the robustness of permanent controls. You will bridge the gap between technical security requirements and business operational reality.

? What You'll Do

• Act as the lead ORO ICT for the Real Estate business line, supervising permanent controls related to IT & Cyber risks.
• Lead and execute independent testing missions to validate the effectiveness of the control environment.
• Report the risk profile directly to the Head of Operational Risk Management (ORM).
• Support the Head ORO ICT in the construction of consolidated risk reports for the entire division.
• Provide expert risk opinions on innovative projects, including those involving Cloud and AI.
• Deploy the IT & Cyber risk framework across the various business lines (Wealth Management, Asset Management, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to find workable and realistic solutions that balance security with cost-benefit constraints.

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, IT Security, Business, or Risk Management.
• Experience: 3+ years specifically in technology risk assessments, IT audit, or permanent control.
• Tech Savvy: Proven experience with the deployment of Cloud, AI, and Third-Party solutions.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Information Security, Business Continuity, IT Operations, and assessment methodologies.
• Tools: Proficient in MS Office Pack and specialized Risk Analysis tools.
• Communication: Excellent level of English (written and oral), with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear business terms.
