Due to rapid growth and new client partnerships, we are now hiring an International Recruiter - French Market, based in Lisbon, to strengthen our delivery team and accelerate our expansion.

About the Role

As an International Recruiter at Hira Talent, you will:

Source, engage and interview French-speaking candidates across Europe

Manage the full recruitment cycle: first contact interviews placement

Build strong relationships with candidates relocating internationally

Work closely with international clients (mainly BPO & Tech)

Act as a trusted advisor throughout the candidate journey

Contribute to the growth of Hira Talent's Lisbon hub and recruitment team

Who We're Looking For

Must-have:

Fluent French

Good level of English

Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly

Energetic, confident, and proactive mindset

Organized and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously

Big plus:

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer success

Strong interest in international careers
