Principais responsabilidades
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO and Board of Directors, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials for board meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and event logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for executive use.
- Manage and prioritize communications, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Handle general office administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office systems and processes.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits and mandatory training sessions.
- Help with recruitment by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Support the planning of company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the flow of information and operational efficiency.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed by the CEO and executive team.
Perfil desejado
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in administrative assistance, office management, or a related administrative role, preferably with exposure to HR functions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, supporting C-suite executives and managing office operations.
- Familiarity with board governance, meeting coordination, and minute-taking is an advantage.
- HR Experience: Exposure to HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in HR management.
- Proactive and dynamic profile;

- Availability to work in a temporary project with the possibility of staying
