Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and support observability tools such as Splunk and ITSI.
• Configure dashboards, ensure data quality, and assist users in leveraging these tools effectively within their respective business units.
• Actively engage with users to discuss desired functionalities.
• Implement new features and improvements.
• Monitor quality and integrate your product into the existing infrastructure.
• Work collaboratively within the team and act as a backup for your colleagues.
• Support and train colleagues in areas where you have expertise.
• Perform administrative tasks related to Splunk.
• Note: Knowledge in Splunk Security is not required.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding and interest in technologies that support IT professionals.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Splunk.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure and Cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Java.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Ability to coach and train others in your area of expertise.

Required Certifications:

• Splunk Core Certified Power User or Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User
• Splunk (Cloud) Admin

Minimum Required Skills:

• Experience with Splunk + Infrastructure + Python (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Java (Java is a plus, not mandatory)
