The role supports business partners across the Americas with network-related topics, ensuring alignment with headquarters in Kawasaki, Japan. Responsibilities include monitoring wholesale and retail networks, conducting audits, and tracking key performance indicators. The Network Expert will collaborate with headquarters to develop and implement network strategies tailored to the specific needs of the Americas markets, contributing to the growth and success of the commercial vehicle portfolio.

What you will Do?

• Conduct dealership audits based on guidelines provided by the Retail Standards team
• Create audit reports to be shared with partners and internal stakeholders
• Track implementation of retail standards, including eMobility standards
• Maintain regular contact with business partners for network-related topics
• Monitor partner performance and report findings to headquarters

Your Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, aftersales, marketing, or network functions
• Experience in automotive sales network functions is highly desirable
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Engineering
• Fluency in English is required; Japanese language skills are highly desirable
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
