Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver training in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, among others).
• Adapt training content to different participant profiles (basic, intermediate and advanced).
• Create and update teaching materials, such as presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the learners, ensuring effective learning.
• Provide technical and pedagogical support to participants, clarifying doubts and promoting good practices in the use of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Stay up-to-date on new features and best practices in using Microsoft 365.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a trainer in Microsoft 365.
• Certification as a trainer (CCP - Certificate of Pedagogical Skills) - Valued
• Advanced mastery of the main Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to adapt to different audiences and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and didactics.
• Experience in the creation of pedagogical content.
• Valued experience in online training (Teams).
