Position: Level 2 Microsoft 365 Specialist (UX-Oriented)
Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)
Type: Fulltime, Hybrid from Lisbon (2-3 days onsite per week)
Languages: English (B2 minimum); French (minimum B1 - is a plus)
Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Level 2 Microsoft 365 Specialist (UX-Oriented) to provide advanced support and enhance user experiences across our Microsoft 365 environment. This role is designed for a proactive professional who excels in both technical troubleshooting and user experience optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
- Excellent communication and training skills, with a focus on user experience.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- English (B2 minimum)
- Availability for a hybrid working model, based in Lisbon.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-700, MS-500, or similar).
- Experience with automation (Power Automate) and customization (Power Apps).
- Understanding of ITIL processes for efficient support management.
Key Responsabilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Collaborate with Level 1 support teams to address complex user concerns effectively.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions, guides, and resources to promote adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement in functionality and ease of use.
- Configure Microsoft 365 tools to align with organizational and team-specific needs.
- Optimize processes and workflows to make tools more intuitive and user-friendly.
- Implement and advocate for accessibility features to ensure inclusivity in Microsoft 365 services.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration by enhancing integration across Microsoft 365 applications.
- Maintain clear and accessible documentation of best practices, configurations, and recurring solutions.
