We are in constant transformation and looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and flexible Client Data - Account Service Analyst to join our Credit & Account Services team in Lisbon.


What does the Operations area do?

It provides service excellence in operations focusing on client needs. We do this by ensuring best practices of execution on services related to Funds, Cash/Securities Management and Settlements, Payments, Reconciliation, and Control of Credit Operational Business, as well as Account Maintenance documentation.


What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Support onboarding new clients and opening accounts in our core systems;
  • Manage, update and maintain client's data stored, inclusively to be used across business areas;
  • Manage and control the service charges and account-related fees;
  • Conduct monthly reviews and investigations related to the stored data;
  • Provide support in all UAT activities;
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures;
  • Contribute to new projects within the department.
  • Support requests from regulators, as well as internal and external auditors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve documentation issues in a timely manner;
  • Support system development and projects.
  • Help ensure high-quality service and efficient operational support through diligent practices.


What are we looking for?

  • University degree required;
  • 1 to 3 years proven experience in Banking;
  • Availability to work night shift and/or rotative schedule;
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Ability to work in a group and prioritize your own tasks (independently);
  • Understand the needs of a private client and its exigency;
  • Experience in Account Service is a plus.
