The Role:

We are seeking an experienced individual to join us in Lisbon to lead our Marketing department. This is a key role for the company as we further scale and diversify the business to hit our ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies including creating an annual plan and budget for marketing requirements.
• Manage the firm's overall marketing efforts, including social media, to maintain brand strength and expand global reach
• Monitor new marketing trends and industry news to keep our brand at the forefront of architectural innovation.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials
• Manage the firm's brand identity across all platforms and ensure consistency in messaging
• Oversee press release development and placement
• Lead content development for social media and the firm's website
• Analyse performance metrics of marketing activities and campaigns, providing insights to leadership
• Implement and manage Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
• Manage a team of designers and communication specialists
• Prepare month-wise & quarterly actual progress data against plans & goals

Who we're seeking:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or related field, MBA or Equivalent.
• 8 to 10+ years' experience in marketing in a similar industry.
• Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies for international brands.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe, Canvas, Microsoft office and digital marketing tools as a plus
• Experience in the Architecture/build environment industry is a plus
