What Youll Be Doing

• Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team Oversee and mentor a team of 10 marketing professionals.
• Own the EU Marketing Technology Stack Work with global teams to drive efficiency and standardization.
• Execute Advanced Marketing Strategies Implement dynamic content via email and digital channels.
• Optimize Campaign Performance Manage marketing activities and performance with tools like Asana and Percolate.
• Integrate New Tools Lead AI tools and automation technology integration.
• Monitor and Improve Performance Collaborate with analytical teams to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
• Ensure Marketing Compliance Oversee compliance with GDPR and regional regulations.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Align digital strategies with business goals.

What You Bring

• Leadership Experience Proven experience leading marketing technology teams.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Scalable Email Marketing Proven success in B2B email campaigns across markets.
• Data Knowledge Experience managing data sets, audience segmentation, and cloud solutions.
• Organizational Skills Ability to coordinate under tight deadlines.
• Data-Driven Decision Making Proficiency in analytics tools and data visualization.
• Tech Curiosity Passion for emerging technologies, with AI implementation experience.
• Vendor Management Experience with marketing technology vendors.
• Regional Marketing Understanding Experience managing marketing across European countries.
