Your Key Responsibilities
Analyse Customer Data Extract, analyse, and interpret customer data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems, data platforms) to uncover trends and behaviours that drive personalised, multi-channel engagement strategies.
Develop Customer Segmentations Create and manage detailed audience segments based on customer behaviour, ensuring precise targeting for marketing campaigns.
Support Marketing Automation Design and implement data-driven marketing automation strategies, including segmentation, lead scoring, and tailored campaigns to maximise engagement and conversions.
Build Insightful Dashboards Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with data visualisation tools to provide actionable insights on customer engagement, campaign performance, and marketing efficiency.
Optimise Campaigns Monitor marketing program performance, present findings to stakeholders, and provide impactful recommendations to drive results.
What Were Looking For
Education Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
Experience At least 3 years in a customer insights, analysis, or data modelling role.
Technical Skills Proficiency in tools like SQL, Databricks, SAS, Alteryx, Python, Excel, and visualisation tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
Analytical Mindset Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Communication Exceptional skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
Team Spirit Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams.
