As Marketing Associate at Vawlt, you will be key in our strategic marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and market penetration. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and growth targets. This role requires a creative and analytical marketing leader who can innovate in a fast-paced tech landscape and help the company getting to its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy, including brand, digital, content, and product marketing, to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive demand and generate leads.
• Manage and optimize our online presence, including the company website, social media channels, and digital advertising efforts.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content that articulates the value of Vawlt's offerings, differentiates us from competitors, and resonates with our target audience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust marketing strategy as necessary.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities, gain insight, and make a comparative assessment against goals.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to marketing.
• English proficiency.
• Must: High energy, strong proactivity and willingness to adapt and grow with the company.
