Are you a data-driven marketing enthusiast with a passion for strategic commercial execution? Adecco Recruitment is currently working on a new opportunity for a Marketing Analyst Commercial Execution with an international company committed to excellence, growth, and innovation.

Key Activities

-      Develop a deep understanding of our revenue and cost structure, competitive landscape, and network capabilities to drive effective commercial activities.

-      Formulate strategies to maximize network revenue, addressing business questions across functions, regions, and partners.

-      Manage value propositions and strategy development in collaboration with other marketing teams.

-      Define and assess KPIs to facilitate business and financial performance reviews, identifying new opportunities at lane level.

-      Support and guide sales by providing a holistic view of customer interactions and analyzing key performance drivers.

-      Conduct regular market and competitive research to stay ahead.

-      Lead or support projects, leveraging your expertise to achieve impactful results.

Desired Skills & Competencies

The ideal candidate will demonstrate

-      Curiosity and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

-      Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

-      Familiarity with query languages (e.g., SQL, Hive, R, Python) is a plus.

-      Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive growth, customer engagement, and marketing success.

-      Strong reporting skills to create clear, concise reports for technical and non-technical audiences.

-      Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction across departments and levels.

-      Ability to perform under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.

-      Fluency in English (essential for this role).

-      Experience in Revenue Management and/or Logistics is a bonus.
