Advertising & Social Media Manager

Key Activities

  • Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and manage a team of specialists focused on innovative advertising and social media strategies that build brand reputation and drive performance across digital platforms.
  • Collaboration & Creativity Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance within the team, ensuring alignment on key objectives and a shared vision for success.
  • Content Development Use in-depth knowledge of digital communication trends and best practices across platforms to guide the creation of engaging and effective content that delivers measurable results for the business.
  • Audience Engagement Develop content that encourages brand interaction, drives engagement, and strengthens community relationships. Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community in an authentic and timely manner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to create integrated campaigns that maximize brand impact and deliver measurable results.
  • Agency Management Manage relationships with external agencies and oversee activities and budgets to ensure the best return on investment.
  • Brand Consistency & Innovation Ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints, while also pushing for innovative and dynamic campaign executions.
  • Budget Management Oversee campaign budgets and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective solutions that drive the best possible outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Insights Continuously monitor campaign performance, utilizing data and insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Trend Monitoring Stay up to date on emerging trends, new technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform and refine strategies.

  • Data & Performance Analysis Proficient in interpreting KPIs, media metrics, and analytics to optimize advertising performance.
  • Creative Mindset Passion for innovation and creativity, with a focus on continuous improvement and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business outcomes.
  • Technical Proficiency Familiarity with media planning, buying tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Nielsen, etc.), as well as social media management tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, etc.).
  • Crisis Management Experience in managing social media crises and collaborating with communications teams during sensitive situations.
  • Experience 5 years of experience in social media and advertising management, including media buying and creative campaign development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a global or large-scale organization.
